It is an interesting dynamic. We are not all molded the same, and therefore trying to fit your relationship with the "ideal" or fantasy doesn't work usually in reality. With any relationship we have certain expectations of what it is supposed to be like, but as your grow, your needs and wants change. It is good you are both evolving, because that's what life and relationships are. If you could only split yourself into the many variations of your persona and have each one play their own part. But, that's what makes you unique and wonderful is the complexity of your nature!
